From the moment jockeys are licensed as Apprentices or Conditionals, the PJA is on board to support them in every way. The PJA places the utmost importance on the mentoring, training and development of professional jockeys and works closely with the support team to ensure young jockeys get the best possible start both in their riding career and in their lives in general.
