On course services

We appreciate jockeys lead extremely busy lives so we find the best way to catch up with our members is by carrying out regular racecourse visits and pre-booked appointments with members at the IJF rehabilitation centres.

As well as visits by the PJA team, we also have dedicated Nutritionists and Jockey Coaches scheduled to be at the races throughout the year and Physiotherapists who now cover every race meeting.

We urge jockeys to take advantage of these services and come and see one of the team who is on hand to help in any way we can.

As well as racecourse visits, Adam McNamara holds weekly drop-in sessions at Oaksey House every Wednesday.
