Flexible Suspensions

Any jockey incurring a suspension of four days or less can choose to move one day of the suspension to a different date.

An application must be made to the BHA during office hours (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday).

An application must be made before the deadline for declaration of jockeys has passed and the suspension must be served before or on the 14th day following the incident.
