AP McCoy The British Jockey Championship titles are awarded to the jockey or jockeys who have numerically ridden the most winners during a set period, which define the Flat, Jump and All Weather Horseracing Seasons. The categories and periods of each are as follows:

British Jump Jockeys Championship
Winners in National Hunt races from Saturday 23 April 2011 to 22 April 2012.
Current British Champion Jump Jockey: AP McCoy (Champion since 1995/1996 Season)

British Flat Jockeys Championship
Winners of both Flat and All Weather races taking place from Wednesday 30 March
2011 to the last race at the Doncaster turf meeting on Saturday 5 November 2011
Current British Champion Flat Jockey: Paul Hanagan

British All Weather Jockeys Championship
Winners of flat races taking place on the All Weather from Wednesday 9 November
2011 to Friday 30 March 2012.

British Conditional Jockeys Championship
