Over 80 guests and jockeys gathered at the beautiful Frilford Heath Golf Club on Monday 19th September for the annual PJA/Racing UK Pro Am Golf Tournament.

Among the jockeys past and present who took part were AP McCoy, Aidan Coleman, Mick Fitzgerald, Daryl Jacob, Gavin Sheehan, Carl Llewellyn, George Baker and Paddy Brennan to name just a few. A number of fundraising activities were also held on the day to raise funds for the Injured Jockeys Fund.

The ‘Warren Greatrex’ team composed of Gavin Sheehan, Warren Greatrex, Charles Sutton and Lee Bollingbroke emerged as the winners.

Runner-up was the At The Races team led by Mick Fitzgerald and team Racing UK 2 comprising of AP McCoy, Simon Ellen, Dale Tempest and Marvin Sanderson took third place.

Charles Sutton and Gavin Sheehan won the top individual and top jockey prizes respectively, whilst their team member Warren Greatrex produced the ‘nearest the pin’ shot. Jodie Mogford from the Channel 4 team took the prize for the ‘Longest Drive’ shot of the day.
