Justin’s recovery is going well.  He has been able to ride out with the aid of a support bandage since the beginning of May and is hoping to get the all clear to race-ride without before the end of the month.

Zac Gaughan – Fractured Tibia and Fibula – September 2012

Zac is back at work and is hoping to resume race-riding in the very near future.

George Bartlett – Stress Fractures in Left Leg – October 2012

George sustained three stress fractures to his left leg. He is awaiting bone scans, after these he will be able to make a decision on future plans.

Alan O’Keeffe – Fractured Vertebrae – January 2013

Alan has been out of the brace for six weeks and is recovering slowly.  He is able to do some light physio and exercises and he is feeling OK doing so.  It’s a case of being patient for the time being and not doing too much before visiting his specialist again in July.

Josh Moore – Dislocated L Shoulder – February 2013

Josh had an operation to stabilise his shoulder in March.  He has progressed well and is no longer in a sling.  He is now making as much use as possible of The Jockeys Injury Management Team on the Racecourse and has been informed that he should be able to start riding out again in July.

Maurice Linehan – Fractured Vertebrae – February 2013

Maurice has been taking it easy since his fall and back injury in February, however he will shortly start a rehabilitation program at Oaksey House in Lambourn.  He is hoping to be given the green light to sit on a horse again towards the end of June.
